Lamson introduced the ULA Force Saltwater/Spey to face the harsh elements of catching big fish on the fly. The fly reel was designed to live comfortably in the salt, sand, sun, silt, and gravel; it does all this without sacrificing weight or strength.

The Lampson ULA Force Saltwater/Spey has the ability to pick up line quickly because of the large arbor which is open and extremely light. Lamson's conical drag has been beefed up and taken to the next level to really be able to stop fish. The ULA Force Saltwater/Spey is finished in a super hard ceramic anodize finish to keep it looking nice after years of use on the cobbled stream or on the boat deck.
