| Every once and a while you run across a book
on fly fishing that you must buy. A Fly Fishers Guide to the South
Platte River by Pat Dorsey and published by Pruett Press in Boulder
is such a book. It's a how-to manual for the entire South Platte River drainage.
Of particular interest to fly tyers and fly buyers is the information on
patterns. The pictures and discussion on his specialty flies for selective
trout is easily worth the price of the book. |
