Fly Tying with Ray Elko

RAY ELKO learned to fly fish in the mid-west from old timers using bamboo rods and dry flies. Since then Ray has fished from Alaska to Costa Rica on the fly. Since moving to Colorado in 1988, Ray's true passion (or obsession) has been fly fishing in the high country for native cutthroats. He has developed numerous patterns and techniques for fishing small streams and alpine lakes.
