Ross USA reels are unconditionally guaranteed against manufacture's defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the reel.

A Product Service Form must be included with the shipment. The Ross Reels USA Product Service Form and be accessed from the link below and must be filled out in its entirety.

We will promptly attend to your reel and return ship no more than two days after receiving it. We Guarantee It!

All warranty returns must be accompanied by a Ross Reels USA Product Service Form.
