Weather was cooler, 60 when we arrived at 8:15 and got up to 70 around noon. It was cloudy with some light rain and sun mixed, and water was higher and a bit muddy from overnight rain. Fishing wasn’t great but we were able to land fish on size 16 Frenchies, blowtorches, and Walt’s worms suspended anywhere from 14-24 inches below a chubby Chernobyl. Fish were holding along banks and behind structure or rocks. Some fish were rising to dries, but everything was hooked on dropper flies. Worms were not producing and we had no success with indicator rigs.
