Report Summary

After a brief rainstorm, the water was colored initially but quickly cleared giving way to high feeding activity. Most fish were caught on the surface with large chubby Chernobyl’s and hoppers. Fish were eager to bite on the surface and usually struck flies within a second or two of landing. Fishing pocket water behind boulders and on the seam of faster currents led to landing the most fish. Covering water quickly and dead drifting single dries will produce plenty of fish.
