Guided Trips and Fall fishing
Right now is a great time to be out on the water. If you read my blog from last week (you can find it here), you’ll get a picture of what fall fishing is like in the Boulder area. Fishing is Excellent right now. We have Guided trips leaving daily, and we have been receiving a bunch of last minute trips. Fall is one of the best times to be out on the water. This is a non peak tourist season, but it is prime time to be out on the water. Just about all of the water we fish is not crowded this time of year. You’ll have plenty of space and are not likely to see another angler all day. Dry fly fishing in the early afternoons has been very good. Fishing dry dropper with smaller terrestrials and small nymphs has also been lights out.
If you’d like to experience a day (or a half) on the water let us know. Don’t let the low clear water get you down, the leaves are changing colors, the fish have vivid colors, and you can find solitude on the river. Let us show you the way.
