Shipping Policy

Front Range Anglers ships using Fedex from our store on all domestic orders. Occasionally we will have your order drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. If a product is not in stock or will be delayed for any reason, we will contact you immediately via email. Your order will be processed within one day of receipt and typically will arrive within 3-10 business days of processing.

Orders of less than $50 will be charged $7.95.
Orders of greater than $50 will get free shipping.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged an additional $29.95.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We accept orders from the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Chile, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Hong Kong, Iceland, Italy, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Orders to Canada will be charged a flat $29.95 fee. Orders to all other international destinations will be charged a flat $50 fee at time of checkout, then once the final cost is determined, any difference will be refunded promptly to the customer. We use USPS shipping for all overseas orders, which provides a tracking number. We have found this to be the safest and most secure way to get you your order!

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any taxes, VATs, custom duties, or any other charges levied by your government. Payment is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns Policy

FRA offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with every purchase they make from Front Range Anglers on Pearl Street.  That is why we offer a 30 day return policy on all Non-Sale items that have not been used, are in brand new condition, and are in the original packaging, including original tags and labels.  Items that are returned beyond 30 days or that do not have the original receipt will be eligible for Store Credit only.  Items returned without their original packaging and tags, or items that have been used are not eligible for return.  This Return Policy applies to all products we sell with the exception of Flies & Fly Tying materials, Floatants, Sale items and Special Orders.

Any items that are to be returned or exchanged must be shipped back to us in the original box/packaging.  In the event that the original box/packaging is not available, it is expected that the item(s) will be sent to us in a box/package equal or better to what was used when we sent it to you.

To return or exchange an item, please come into the Store, or in the case of web orders, call the Shop at 303-494-1375or email [email protected] to receive an RA number.

PLEASE NOTE: Many of our products come with a warranty. Repairs for products under warranty should be returned to the manufacturer. If you need any help with this process, we’d be happy to facilitate it for you.

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so before the order is shipped and receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after shipment will result in a shipping and return shipping charge as well as a restocking fee.
