Flows are stable, and the fishing remains pretty good! With the flow, approach low, and fish from behind the fish if at possible. Also downsize tippet and fly selection, aside from streamers. Most the fish are spawned out, but if you see any spawners, leave them be, and continue to watch out for redds. This will ensure many more years of good fishing. With the cooler nights, a super early start is not neccesary, as it can take a bit for the fish to wake up. If you do need a quick before work start, fish areas with sun. These will be your best bet in the AM.
Primary hatches are Midges (currently the largest hatch), Terestrials, and BWO's (the smaller the better).
...
For dries, use a AR's BWO Adult, Film Critic, Chubby Chernobyl, High Viz BWO, Mole Fly, Parachute Adams, AR's BWO Emerger, Superman Caddis, and a Hippy Stomper.
...
