Unlike other resorts, we include unlimited use of surf boats so you can spend as much or as little time in the water as you like.

The Fishing

Fishing at Namotu

Our fisherman will usually head out in the morning and afternoon and guests are more than welcome to jump on board and do some angling. There is no better place to get a taste of fishing than Namotu because it’s so close; most of the time our fishing boat is within sight of the island so you’re not trapped in lengthy charters and can always head back in for lunch. If you’d like a more customized experience, book a trip on one of our three charter boats!

Species

Anglers can target GT's, Bluefin Trevally, Mack Tuna, Skip Jack Tuna, and Yellowfin Tuna on the fly. On light tackle, anglers will have the opportunity to catch Bluefin Trevally, Red Bass, Long Nose Emperor, Trout & Spanish Mackerel!

Travel Details

Getting Here

Upon arrival in Nadi airport you will be greeted by our friendly Namotu Island staff. Your journey to the island begins aboard one of our private air conditioned buses for the 45 minute ride through Nadi town and down to the coast. A Namotu long boat will meet you at the Marriott Momi Bay and bring you across to the island, which usually takes about 25 minutes. All your baggage and sporting equipment will travel with you and will be delivered directly to your bure. If requested by prior arrangement, a helicopter can fly you to the island in less than ten minutes. If you’re flying out later on Saturday you’ll spend the day at the Marriott. Enjoy lunch, relax by the pool and then our transfer service will take you to the airport.

Rates and Dates

Cost: $4,500 per person for the week

Cancellation/Refund Policy

At the time of booking 50% of the trip is due and payable. At 90 days the remainder plus all VAT and taxes are due. Cancellation greater than 90 days from the date of trip, all monies refunded less $100 fee if a replacement angler is found. Cancellation within 90 Days, no refunds are provided unless a qualified replacement angler is provided. No refunds are provided for trip cancellation due to Weather, Acts of God, Airline/Travel issues.

Trave Insurance
